Getting started with Nina is fast and simple:

1. Go to the Sign Up page. Already have an account? Click “Login here.”

2. Enter your Email. Type a valid email address in the email field.

3. Create a Password. Choose a secure password and enter it.

4. Confirm your Password. Retype the same password in the confirmation field.

5. Click “Sign Up.” Then verify your account from the confirmation email.

6. (Optional)Sign up with Google. Click “Continue with Google” for an instant setup.

7. Create Your Assistant. Enter your website or Google Business Profile link, choose English or Spanish, and click “Create Assistant.”
   

✅ That’s it — your AI receptionist is ready to start answering calls!

Once you log in, Nina’s main view is organized into 5 sections to customize your assistant:

1. Training Sources – Add or update your website or Google Business Profile by clicking Edit and pasting the URL.

2. Business Details – Update your business name, address, phone, overview, and language by clicking Edit and saving.

3. Core Services – Add a service by typing in the box and clicking Add. Edit or delete imported services with the corresponding buttons.

4. Business Hours – Click Edit to set or change your working hours.

5. FAQs – Add frequently asked questions by clicking Add. Type the question in the first box, the answer in the second, and click Add again. Repeat as needed.

• Email Alerts: Go to Email Notifications, click Add New Email, type your teammate’s email, and click Save.

• SMS Alerts: In Phone Numbers, check the box to receive texts, enter a 10-digit phone number, and click Save.
